it is 1st January 2021 and over the Xmas I have shown a gain of 2lb but I am not going to start back on my diet till Monday 4th January 2021 so I will weigh in again on Monday 4th January and take it from there and possibly it will show more weight gain but I have still lost 3.stone and I looked at last year and I was 11st so I am pleased with what I have achieved
