Hahahaha... this is wild. So, yesterday I celebrated X-mas eve with La Familia, had great food of the good ole christmassy kind. You just know that this will not be healthy. However, it is X-mas but once a year, and I really did not care. I did, however, record all I ate, stayed away from the candy, cookies, red wine and other things to limit the damages a little. I had great food, ate all I wanted and made sure to enter it all in my food diary, so I could review later. The result? Today I am TWO KILOS heavier than yesterday. Hahahaha... I was just laughing when I saw it. Of course, this is not all fat. It is most likely water fluctuation, and also the fact that I had a crazy night the night before, and probably weighed too little then. I will just accept the weight gain, move on, and keep losing weight.
