Having a severe cold and not being able to go out because it was -20 centigrade yesterday did not exactly help my weightloss.
I even got the munchies for the first time in a LONG time, but I stayed clear of all trouble. :)
No weight loss, no weight gain today. Life is good!
Tomorrow, we celebrate x-mas eve. This means that I will count calories until we reach the place we will be spending the evening. After then, I will be conscious about what I eat, but not go into detail.
