One pound more. Very slo. However if I cut more from RDI I might get hungry, which for me is a fatal mistake. So I'll take the 1/2 lb each week. All in all, I feel good and positive.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
