Down almost another pound. Very surprising. I wasn't expecting that at all. I did 3 miles yesterday. I jogged one full mile then 2 intermittent 1/2 miles but I think I was a bit dehydrated because those 3 miles really tired me out. Then during Biggest Loser I usually do some exercises with my exercise ball and my five pound weights as I watch. But, I got kinda bored and started running in place, did that for awhile.

That's basically all the exercise I did yesterday...oh and going shopping for Thanksgiving. That might have helped too. lol. Surprise holiday weight loss is fun, I hope it keeps happening.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
