Bit of a gain today but I pigged out last night and I was expecting it. I needed a high calorie day anyways this week. I promised it to myself last week when I lost over 4 lbs. To me that’s almost on the excessive side. I haven’t done 4 lbs since my first week on here. And anyways tonight will probable be a low cal day. School days always are anyways.

Hope everyone else to doing well on this fine Autumn day!
67.5 kg Lost so far: 26.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Double major, Accounting and Business Administration. If I was only Business I would have graduated this December but I need 5 more classed for my Accounting degree. 4 classes in the spring and 1 in the summer. This time next year, I will be thin, fit and a Graduate!...hopefully.
