I had hoped for more than a 1.5 pound loss, but at least the trend is down. I will try another weigh in tomorrow and the next day and see if today was accurate. Then, since I am loosing, I will weigh in in two weeks.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
