Dammit.
I gained weight again. It seems to happen every weekend, though I still stay well within my caloried.
I am guessing that I simply do not move enough during the weekends, it sounds very plausible to me. I have a bad habit of basically surfing online and watching movies on the weekends, just relaxing. This might not be enough any more. I will have to change things around and get more exercise squeezed into my life - not just on weekends, but every day. I hate exercise, but I think it will have to be necessary.
I will start walking more as a beginning, and work my way up from there.
I know I am still losing inches, even if the scale tells me that I gained weight. I hope it will still show me some results again. I hate gaining, but I know it will happen and I will not be too bothered with it.
