I'm changing my weigh in day to a Thursday... And this is exactly why!! I know that our weight fluctuates daily but my worst result is ALWAYS on a Monday and it's starting to demotivate me... So I'm changing to my best weight day to keep the positivity alive. Small wins 😊
96.3 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your right we do change from day to day our body’s like to play mind games am sure 🤣 I changed my weigh day from Monday to Saturday so I could enjoy the weekend a bit more if I wanted 😁 my mind set was if I did anything on weekend there was no time to pull it back in one day 😅 I say always go with what works for you and what your doing does keep up the great work 👏👏👏

I changed my weigh ins too I was finding first thing in the morning I was retaining water weight cause I go to bed early and never drink through the night! Great drop 😊
