Missed RDI by a few. It's because I went to an Italian restaurant for lunch and instead of ordering a plane beef or cheese sandwich I went for a full size Submarine,meat cheese and all It tasted grand for about an hour, but then the guilt set in. I tried to cut back a bit at dinner and that helped recover some of the lost calories. All's well. Good learning experience, I would rather do without the Sub than suffer the guilt and stuffed feeling.
