It’s ok I’m maintaining my weight I’m guessing I’ve lost some muscle but I’m not worried I’ll get that back 👍

I suppose maintaining the weight is the hardest! Just keep focus and stick to a routine! 💪🏽💪🏽The muscle will come back!💪🏽💪🏽 Each week make ur routine harder! In terms of heavy weights etc! Plus the diet is key as well! 😃😃 u can do it! 👍👍
