I'm dying with allergies. Running nose, scratchy throat. I still managed to do 5 miles yesterday though after drinking 3 glasses of green tea with honey and lemon. Oh well, I just took some medicine and hopefully it's start clearing up soon. I have to do at least 8 more miles this week for one of my challenges and I really need to breathe to do it.
