Yesterday I didn’t loose any weight and today it shows less 0.5kg
Fasting and walking is definitely working. Plus keto for 4/5hrs a day
65.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
