Maintaining pretty well...I feel like I'm wanting a snack at random times more often, but I don't always give in. Ate 1883 calories yesterday...more than Monday but less than the weekend. I did give in & napping a couple of Hubby's licorice twizzlers while we watched TV last night...after having Boom Chika Pop for dessert.
Hubby and I had some much needed Social Activity yesterday. We had cocktail hour with our friends down at the river. We maintained an acceptable distance, brought our own drinks....We have all been staying inside, so are probably safe anyway but we didn't take any chances. It was nice to have a couple of hours of conversation face to face. I mixed up a 100 calorie Truly Hard Seltzer with a splash of sparkling water over ice. I brought a second but ended up not even opening it.
I want to get some herbs & tomato plants for the garden. I think I could socially distance enough at Home Depot to get them. Just have to convince Hubby 😐 Although he is 76 & in the At Risk category, he's been the one going out for supplies. He's protective of me. We live in a community with very low # of cases, so I don't worry as much as I would in a more high risk area.
I'm sitting outside on the deck as I record this. The sun is shining....it's almost 60 degrees. Most of the trees have leafed out. It looks like a normal Spring day. You'd never know the world is in turmoil & craziness out there 😐
