Gained a little back today but I figured I would, I made mini cheesecakes for my cousin wedding shower and generally snaked more during the evening that usually. Luckily it's not too much and I can work that off tomorrow when I have to do 4.5 miles for a challenge.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
