It's a little hard to be extremely accurate on the weight; my scale is not that precise, but it is a loss of between 1 3/4 and 2 pounds this week.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
