Enough of getting up!... I need to go back to DIET and do some exercise!
93.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hi Rubie, first I got sick early this year and went low too fast!. But now I feel better and I my weight is going up!. So now is time to get to my last year's schedule!. Not much field work these days, but finishing my PhD thesis :)
