Weighed in at my NPs office *after* breakfast. No time to take a FBS today. A1c has dropped a full point already! Returned my non-functioning NEW bath scale for a refund.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
