Yay. Bisa turun sedekit. Setelah makan malam tidak makan lagi dan minim 1 liter air aja sampai 3 hari begitu.

Biasa pagi dan siang saya baik. Makan sedekit aja. Tapi malam Susa.
89 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ibu mertua tadi ke Umroh dan kemarin ada Arisan. Banyak makan di sana. Susah ukur berapa calorie tapi pasti lewat banyak.
