the strange journey of losing weight - when you avoid all foods that may cause water retention, have less than 900 calories, and still gain weight!
67.5 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes it's hormones. Another factor is travel, especially by plane - I always put water weight on, but it's gone within a day or 2.
