stayed same been good and exercised but will keep going for next week. I've been messing around with carbs etc I will find a balance

I know u had it extremely hard lately Annmarie and was thinking of u how u can keep all the shite together. U are an inspiration to me. 💖 Otherwise all good with me. Summer hols at my mums totally threw me away from dieting but that’s mums for u hey? Will get back on track soon

Yeha they like to feed I can gain 7lb in 3 days at my dads. Thank I just have to keep going. I have a few stressful days to come so I want to be in a healthy space mind and body so it doesn't put ome off track. You can do it weight loss is a journey if your like me I get lost travelling dieting has been the same haha x

Stick with it girl. Stress doesn’t help neither does not getting enough sleep. I’m struggling with sleeping. I know what you mean about parents trying to constantly feed you lol. My mother thinks I’m fading away! Aye, fading away to just a mountain!! x

Sleep is the hardest I have tablets but refuse to take daily maybe 2 days in a row and helps get habit back. I used to a swear by meditation but it doesn't help anymore. Stress should help lose weight not fair. I'm struggling confidence at the min and that is so hard

I also got sleeping pills from the Dr but I could only use them for a fortnight as they were addictive. It’s the only time I slept but they made me feel like shit the next day. I also suffer from confidence issues. I was doing fine until my girl broke up with me using slack skin the fact I have some slack skin as a result of my weight loss. It really isn’t that bad and it’s tightening up every week. Although she has been very shallow it really destroyed me and I thought I’d just give up. I won’t though, you stick with with it lassie. Your worth and beauty aren’t a number on a scale! Stress doesn’t necessary make you lose weight, sometimes it’s quite the opposite. x

What an awful reason to break up with you and at a horrible time you were probably getting more confident and shes taken that. You will get it back. Her loss she is shallow and your worth better. Sleeps a strange one I'm less hungry if I sleep but starving if I dont wish that didnt happen either x

Try melatonin none addictive and homeopathic. Cut coffee down and tea. All these little things can have an effect. I sleep much better since I have followed these.

Thanks Annemarie, I’m still hurting. Shit happens I suppose. You get hungry when your exhausted because your body craves the extra energy. That’s when it’s easiest to fail and grab something sugary. Stick with it pal. There’s an Mindfulness app I use on my phone, you should try it. I feel silly using it but it works if you let it. It’s called Feeling Good. It helps you relax, there’s also a confidence boost to listen to as well. I’ll try anything for a sleep. x

Your welcome Annmarie, I’m constantly restless nowadays. Today I’ve mucked out my sisters horses, walked my old dog got home, couldn’t settle so went for a walk along the river, went to Asda, hated that! Now I’m sitting wondering what to do next. May go for a burn on my motorbike, not much exercise there! Anything apart from going for an afternoon pint, lol take care, that app was recommended to me by my Dt. It has confidence boosting sessions etc. My greatest trouble is falling asleep. If I do I get 3 or 4hrs then feel totally refreshed therefore can’t fall over again.Viscous bloody circle xx
