I’m happy with that, considering at the weekend I didn’t calorie count. This week I’m not going to use the app for tracking my calories and see if I can do this on my own, see if I’ve learnt anything.
I’ve figured I’m below my target weight so if ever I’m going to see if I’ve learnt something it’s now.
Wish me luck
