stuck in rut right now been bang on point with food, done 3 runs 2 long walks, swimming and done 5 days of weights and my weight is not budging
75.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The exercise could be building muscle tho! Dont be disheartened by what the scales say go by how you feel! your doing great!

that much exercise will build muscle get the measure out and you will find the smile on your face widen
