Monday. weight up on yesterday but slightly down compared to last Monday so I will take that. went out for a curry yesterday and had chocolate so not surprised. onwards and upwards this week 😊
71.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

just to add, reason for curry and chocolate was that my 12 year old daughter passed her karate grading and is now a black belt. definitely deserved a celebration meal 😊
