been relaxing on my diet for the past 7 weeks and this is the result 11kg back on I'm sure 2kg is water but that's how easy it is when you stop focusing which is ok I think I will be back to where I want to be come June ready for summer abs

74.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg. Still to go: 4.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was moving house so had to eat everything good or bad to empty cupboards... then lived on takeaways till moved
