Very happy!! I didn't expect to loose 3 lbs in one week since I'm also getting muscle mass. I guess it happened because I've increased the machine gym work to 30 min and had my diet lower than 2,000 cal per day.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
