I found this week to be challenging and exhilerating all in one. I had a one major stressor that simply wouldn't go away, but the plus side to that is that I didn't do the whole emotional eating or the over sized portions! Definately a plus! I did drink more water this week and I was surprised I actually started "wanting" water! Hope everyone had a great week and next week will be better!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm the same way when it comes to water. Seems like the more I drink, the more I want! And I don't even like water lol. Good for you for resisting that urge to eat because of your emotions. I think that's one of the hardest things to do. You're doing great!! :)
