I’m really not happy about this !! I’ve been eating loads of vegetables trying to eat healthy but they still end up being loads of calories. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any LOW calorie vegetarian lunch/dinner/snack ideas???

What works for me is avoiding high carb foods... although I’m not always successful lol. Try to eat less calories than you burn. I’m sure there are people on here who can give better advice. Wishing you lots of luck on your journey. 😘

Try and make sure the salad dressings don’t have too many calories/carbs/sugars. The dressing probably adds most of the calories
