W5 D6 of Fast 800. Only 2 more weeks of 800kcal a day left to go then I transfer over to either 5.2 or 4.3 and continue with lowish carb, Mediterranean style. I’m not missing all the bread, pasta, rice etc and managing to keep my diet varied enough.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
