Week off work and I gain weight 🙄 still eating healthy and exercising just without the running round cleaning a factory.... Who knew work could be good for weight management 😂😂
73.5 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
