Hmm. Been a week now and just up and down. I think I’m eating some sneaky cals or something—my body is mad at me !

90.6 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg. Still to go: 9.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
