Wohoooooo. Ok some of it is water weight but i can definitely also feel and see a difference in my stomach already. Great start. I've put far less pressure on myself this time and not counted calories just made sure each plate has a good macro ratio on it and neen using some of diet doctors recipes. Also fasted on Saturday due to feeling unwell but as I was in ketosis felt no hunger really. So I'll be adding that into my routine from now on as well :)
