2 Weeks since last weigh in.

Changed to a different time and weighed in with Jeans (previous weigh in I was wearing shorts!). So in fact, I think there was no change!
84.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

That can do it, but tell yourself you will have a kick ass week coming up. Stay on plan. Stay consistent. Be active and you should see a nice loss next week.
