Rather surprised about this one. I have slipped up on taking some of supplements. I have not been as faithful about logging my meals. I drank a buuuuunch the other night for my birthday. And I had some chocolate cake last night, also for my birthday. I guess I assumed this week would be a bad one.

So, a bit surprised, but very happy!
120.9 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 48.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
