Ouch! 3rd day no sugar and just now getting nasty headache and nausea??? God just loves messing with me 😆 Bring It! 💪

If you’re doing low carb add a little pink salt to your water. Helps balance your electrolytes and you can avoid the headaches! Hope you feel better!!

take a magnesium supplement and do not skimp on salt. It passes quickly. Drink plenty of water as well
