🚣been rowing at the gym. Bagus untuk total body exercise. 3 minit saja tapi setiap kali sedikit lama. 25 tahun yang lalu bisa 30 minit. mau begitu lagi.
84 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
