I've reached the point where I keep believing that my weightloss will not continue. Good thing science works! Hooray for the 1st Law of Thermodynamics!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
