Yay! An actual reading of my weight today. About 10 month ago I was 89.
81 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I am really happy but unsure if my starting weight was accurate as it was a guesstimation of my last weight three months ago. Regardless, it is great news!. I bet most of the weight I may have shed this past week is fluids and stuff as I am not very active, but I feel definitely better and more energised. It is not about being on “a diet” per se, but about not overeating and eating pastries. I also have not drunk coke (I love it!) as I am trying to have more water.
