only 1lb away from being back to where i was before my horrible eating. one thing this has taught me for a life long lesson is that bad days or even a full bad week does not ruin your progress at all...just a set back...I'm excited to be back on track. i want to learn how to cheat less badly when i do....1 brownie instead of 6 would be less of a set back...but i think excepting a cheat and not hating myself over it or fearing it will make me blow it less because i won't be gorging out of emotion and relief of liberation ya know? this is for life this time around!!! ONEderland here i come!!!!!! and for my new followers, I've been 220lbs since i was 19 so this is gonna be crazy for me!!!!!
