there's 10kg gone. I'm happy with that.

91.6 kg Lost so far: 10 kg. Still to go: 11.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You doing great I have only lost 7lb but I’m wearing a top I stopped wearing just before this Diet in new year I donated loads I’d clothes to charity just kept ones that were favourites
