Started a new diet and stuck with it this week. Unexpected amount of weight loss but I am really happy with it 😁

96.6 kg Lost so far: 5 kg. Still to go: 16.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Magical diet is the omad diet. It just fits my lifestyle and seems to be doing the trick. I'm not sure how next week will go though.
