another 1lb down, that's 0.2lb till I reach the lowest I've ever been, so basically it's all new territory from here 12.8lb to go till I reach my final goal :-D
also I graduated university this week, so for those of you that remember all my hard work with the maths to get into uni, well all the study has paid off and I got a 1st class Bsc honours degree and I've been in my new job 4weeks now
