What a weigh in, I am very very happy with that HOWEVER....I do need to double check where my scales are with the ones at the doctors as that is a huge loss so I am concerned that my scales are out of whack but until then I needed that bit of good news and regardless I know I have a loss just need to double check the numbers. Yesterday and this week was hard, very hard not to go all out massive binge and relapse on junk as my daughter well she is putting herself in so much danger I'm sick with worry amongst other things so getting through one day at a time is hard right now but I'm keeping it in the moment and 1 hour at a time. Happy Sunday FS and happy weigh in's x x
144.0 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 55.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
