I have redeemed myself after gaining the half stone, now lost it again.
I planned this weekend around martial arts camp, football and tequila well.
Consuming all three this weekend and still making a loss.

TBH the martial arts camp was for my teenage son,
The football was on the TV, but I did pour my own tequila.

I exchanged food calories for alcohol, fair enough deal I thought!

...and I won the twenty quid I spent on tequila on a football bet :-)
109.8 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
