Back to logging. Its amazing how logging makes all the difference between gaining and losing. I was so hungry last night but didn't want to have to add something to my food log. Haven't logged in awhile
71.3 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
