I had so many reasons to quit these last few weeks. Between a back injury, going on vacation, work being insane trying to catch up from those two, the house being a disaster because of those three, and trying to get 3 kids packed for camp, I never imagined I'd be celebrating this kind of loss today.

It's been 3 months since I got serious about my weight, and while I need to be *really* cautious stating something like this, this last week was the first time my new lifestyle felt like "the norm" or a habit that I could let run on autopilot while I put out fires everywhere else. And while I'm really glad that was the case, I'm still going to double down my effort as if I had gained.

I'm not going to get complacent and think I don't need to work as hard logging food and exercising anymore just because I had a few good weeks.

Bust - 43.75 (-0.5 4wk, -2.25 ov)
Chest - 38.25 (-0.5 4wk, -2.25 ov)
Waist - 39.5 (-0.0 4wk, -3.0 ov)
Hips - 48.25 (-0.5 4wk, -3.75 ov)
Butt - 48.0 (-0.25 4wk, -3.0 ov)
Both Thighs - 46.0 (-0.25 4wk, -2.75 ov)
One Thigh - 28.25 (-0.5 4wk, -2.0 ov)
Arm - 15.25 (-0.5 4wk, -1.0 ov)

Total Inches Lost - 3.0 4wk, 20.0 ov
97.6 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.7 kg a Week

Feels terrific when the new WOE, seems like it's part of us, and not drudgery all the time. Congrats on victory amidst the battles.

Awesome post!! Although sorry your life is in overdrive atm. Very inspiring to me, bc when am stressed, new/good habits go out the window. Hoping eventually they will seem more natural.

It's always too soon to quit. I got pain in my left elbow going on for 4 weeks now, my right shoulder hurts when I lift my arm, my hips hurt, I can go on and on but what's my alternative? Shall I lay down and just die? No way. I get up and fight to become the better me every day. Double down Toumina and DO NOT get complacent! Complacency it is the enemy of the future better you. You got this!
