Sacral-iliac injection this am at UCLA. Oh it’s getting sore.......

91.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

I’ve alternated walking with rest, Ice. Not bad. PT starts tomorrow!

Can you take ibuprofen? Taking that prior to PT would lesson the irritation (pain). Good luck.
