omg not weighed myself for ages as I thought I had done really bad.. took the plunge and stood on the scales today!! can't believe it! eeekkkkk
113.3 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
