Maintaining modified Atkins diet/fasting and I feel better. No gut discomfort. Good energy. Also helluva lot o walk/dribble:basketball. But...... I need to start CORE. Navigating my daily emotions ..easier when feeling good now I must stick to boundaries I SET. Walk and talk. I see the eyes of our human tribe everywhere. Occasionally , I am afforded the 1:1 opportunity, to share and lift up. Yes. Thank you miss eyes. ❤️💕💫
