Hard day yesterday. 6 mo brain mri and clinical visit + LA traffic. Allowed noname to schedule me into unreasonable appt. I missed MY monthly ADHD presentation. Boundaries. She is trying. Obligation driven; little empathy. Oh well.
Pain filled, restless sleep led to sick day today. Hypothesize that no snack b4 bed contributed. Practicing fasting. 12 hr
